How To Post Event on eventogo.com

Posting events to eventogo is a FREE service to all world-wide event organizers. Below are the steps on how to post an event:

  • To post events or using our online service, firstly you must join as member for FREE.
  • Please search to see if your event already existed in our database. If it is not, then proceed to the next step.
  • To post an event, firstly you have to sign in to eventogo by entering the User ID (email address) and Password that you registered during User Registration. If you have forgotten your password, you can confirm it by clicking on Forgot your password?
  • Next, click Post Event button on Menu bar.
  • Enter information related to your event. Make sure all the required (items marked with a "*" symbol) and relevant fields are filled.
  • Confirm what you have entered, and click "Submit" button.
  • To review all your posted events, just go to My Event section.

For your information, you cannot post the following types of events on eventogo:

  • Seminars, lectures and the like (If being held in conjunction with a trade fair, please enter the information in the specified column.)
  • By-invitation-only promotional events held by a single company
  • Events which may possibly lend themselves to antisocial behavior
  • Events that may possibly be detrimental to public safety or credibility
  • Events that may violate related laws or official notices
  • Other events which eventogo determines as being inappropriate
