1.What is eventogo? Top

eventogo is an online event planning center for worldwide business users. It contains all worldwide event information which includes hundreds of countries database. For more information on eventogo and what you can do with it, see - help overview.

2. How does someone get their information listed in eventogo?Top

eventogo is a database of event listing with links to other sites. eventogo only provide a summary of the event information with hyperlink to the original website, so we can only refer sites that already exist.

3. How are listings gathered for the eventogo database?Top

Most sites in eventogo are suggested by event organizers/ users, and partially are posted by our in-house editors. Event listings are placed in categories by the user. So we hope all event organizers/ users can choose the most appropriate category for their event. This is to ensure that eventogo is organized in the best possible way, making the directory easy to use, intuitive, helpful, and fair to everyone.

4. What should I do if I click on a link and get 'Permission Denied', or 'File not found'?Top

When you follow a link and you get errors, there may be several reasons. First, the site may be busy or temporarily down. This happens a lot especially on overloaded sites. It may be that the site is denying people access. In which case, if you really want access, please write email to the site authors (usually webmaster@sitename). Of course it may be that the link no longer exists.

If you think that a link no longer exists, please inform us and we'll remove it from our directory. To do this, you just need to follow the "Report" button at the bottom part of every event page.

5. How are search results ordered?Top

eventogo search scans two main categories: search by country and search by event type. User can easily locate an event by determining both country name and event type in the basic search form. However, users can also goto the Advanced Search function which has more options such as occurrence, start date & end date, or specifying keywords to get more appropriate results.

6. How do I change my eventogo User ID?Top

It is not possible to change your User ID. For changing User ID you will need to register as a new user, then unsubscribe your old User ID indeed.

7. How do I change my password?Top

If you would like to change your password please sign in and then select "My Account", fill in your new password at "Password" and "Verify Password". And submit the form.

8. I lost my password. How can I retrieve it? Top

You can go to "Sign In" page and choose "Forget Your Password?", you can request a new password by filling out this form and a new password will be sent to you.

9. I am having trouble logging in, what can I do?Top

There are a number of issues that can cause trouble logging in:

First ensure that you are using the correct username and password for your account. If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one here:
