The Singapore International Water Week is a premier annual water event that focuses on best practices, successful case studies and practical applications of water innovation and technologies.
It is an event for senior government officials, top industry leaders, leading water specialists and practitioners to meet and discuss policies, business solutions and water technologies.
Comprising the Water Leaders' Summit, Water Convention and Water Expo, it culminates in the presentation of the Lee Kuan Yew Water Prize, an international award to recognise outstanding contributions in solving water issues.
The theme "Sustainable Water Solutions for Cities" reflects the urgent need for practitioners and policy makers to focus on the implementation of effective and sustainable water solutions. It aims to be the platform to stimulate discussions and for those who have successfully implemented such solutions to share their knowledge and experience. |
