Initiated by the Kingdom’s objective in the petrochemical sector to support and promote the transfer of modern technology in joint-venture industrial projects, through foreign capital investment, Petrochem Arabia 2009 is the event designed as a gateway for potential companies and investors alike to facilitate connections between the key leaders in the industry.
Building on the Kingdom’s previous successful energy events, Petrochem Arabia 2009, is dedicated to companies, whether servicing or manufacturing, and investors aiming to capitalise on Saudi Arabia’s initiative to supply 13% of global petrochemical production by the end of 2009.
The sector is expected to witness investments of over US$180bn between 2008 -2012!
